Naseem Hotel - Muscat

This place is good, and has everything I need like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff have been nice, especially towards my older parents during our first stay. I recommend renting a car for easier travel around the area. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Well-organised and lovely modern room and very comfy beds. Plenty of options for breakfast in the cafe. Great and incredible location, at a moderate distance from a cultural-history museum.

Every visit to Muscat we like to stay here. The venue is fairly clean and big size with nice staff members. The setting is fantastic and incredible, next to clean toilets at a good price, other attractions and nice restaurants and also bus stops.

The room had a fantastic sea view that made mornings nice. The staff were accommodating, allowing a late check-out to suit my evening flight.

The location was excellent and beautiful, in front of a bus stop.

modern and functional rooms, great views of the sea. with coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator. location not far from the center of the old town of mutrah, which is part of muscat, close to the souk, corniche and fort, harbour and soukh and fishmarket and coffee shops and restaurants. for tea or coffee visit corniche cafe nearby.

Why I'm torn on this

The staff were cute and provided valuable advice on local attractions! The breakfast offered a nice selection and was very satisfying.

The bathroom had some issues regulating water temperature, and the flush system needs improvement.

The view from room 209 faced a wall. The bathroom lacked storage space, had no carpet or shower curtain, leaving the floor wet. The fridge didn't work, and essential items like a hairdryer and plugs in the washbasin were missing.

The view from our sea view room was really good, but breakfast options were quite basic and could improve. The hotel is ideally located near the Corniche, making sightseeing easy.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bay. The breakfast offered an interesting fusion buffet with good omelettes, while the staff consistently provided helpful recommendations for nearby dining options. The rooms, although spacious, needed some improvements in terms of water temperature regulation in the bathroom, and the furnishings could benefit from updating. There was also a minor delay during check-in, which could have been smoother.

This place was just a great fit for a short visit in Muscat with the best value for money ratio. The friendly staff provided a helpful guide to local transport, which saved us a lot of money. Consider checking out the fish market nearby for a local experience.

The Beautiful Double Room with Sea View was a real treat! The sea view was fine. The room was spacious and super clean, no complaints there. Only downside was the bathroom could use a bit of updating, especially the water temperature controls. But the location was perfect-just a short walk to the souk and local restaurants. A solid stay!

The location is fantastic, right near the souq and fish market. We enjoyed having access to local cafes to grab snacks with our kids. The family room was spacious enough for all of us.

My children wished for more variety in the breakfast options.
